Baked Shrimp Supreme With Creamy Wild Rice

ingredients
1 package mushroom and wild rice mix
3 ounces light cream cheese
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 small red bell pepper, diced
3 green onions, sliced
1 1/4 cup hot water
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
12 ounces raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Mix rice mix, with seasoning packet and remaining ingredients except shrimp in ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover and bake 30 minutes.
Stir in shrimp. Cover and bake about 15 minutes longer or until shrimp are pink and firm.
