Shrimp Stuffing Casserole

ingredients
4 1/2 cups herb seasoned stuffing mix
3 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
1 1/4 cup water
2 cups cooked broccoli florets
2 cups cooked medium shrimp
1 can (10.75 ounce size) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons diced pimiento (optional)
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
directions
Crush 1/2 cup stuffing and mix with 1 tablespoon margarine. Set aside.
Mix water and remaining margarine. Add remaining stuffing. Mix lightly. Spoon into 2-quart shallow baking dish.
Arrange broccoli and shrimp over stuffing. In small bowl mix soup, milk, pimiento and cheese. Pour over broccoli and shrimp. Sprinkle reserved stuffing mixture over soup mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until hot.
