Portuguese Spicy Shrimp

ingredients
oil
1/4 cup chopped garlic
2 cups white onion, chopped
2 cups red onion, chopped
1 red chili pepper
8 tomatoes cut up
salt and pepper
2 pounds shrimp shelled
4 cups tomato juice
Garnish
1 1/2 bunch green onion chopped
fresh chopped parsley
fresh chopped coriander
directions
In some olive oil, saute the onions, garlic, chili pepper, tomatoes and season to taste. Add shrimp and tomato juice and heat until shrimp are done.
Ladle into bowls and garnish with green onions and fresh chopped herbs.
