ingredients
1 can (4 ounce size) mushrooms, drained
2 tablespoons butter
1 pound cooked shrimp
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 dash black pepper
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Slice mushrooms and cook slowly in butter until tender. Mix lightly with shrimp and rice and cheese.
Combine milk, ketchup Worcestershire and pepper. Add to shrimp mixture.
Pour into a greased casserole. Bake until heated through (15-20 minutes).
