ingredients
1 1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons dry sherry
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
lemon wedges
seasoned bread crumbs
directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Arrange shrimp, slightly apart, in a single layer in a nonstick-sprayed baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients except for breadcrumbs and pour over shrimp.
Sprinkle about 1/3 cup breadcrumbs over mixture. Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
