1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon coarse mustard
1 tablespoon nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon nonfat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon honey
4 cod fillets (4 ounces each)
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a rimmed baking sheet.
Combine the mustards, yogurt, mayonnaise, and honey in a bowl. Mix well.
Place the cod in a single layer on the baking sheet. Spread the mustard mixture evenly over each fillet.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
