Rainbow Trout with Orange Teriyaki

ingredients
3/4 cup teriyaki glaze or sauce
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
3 ounces orange juice
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
6 rainbow trout fillets
directions
Preheat your grill to medium-high or use your oven broiler.
Combine the teriyaki sauce, ginger, orange juice, and cilantro in a bowl and whisk well.
Add the trout to the grill (or place on a broiler pan in the oven) and cook 2-3 minutes per side, basting with the teriyaki mixture frequently.
Serve the trout with steamed rice, if desired.
