Crab Topped Fish Fillets

ingredients
1 pound sole or cod fillets
1 can (6 ounce size) crab meat, drained, flaked and with cartilage removed (or imitation crab)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
paprika, optional
1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted
directions
Place fillets in greased baking pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 18-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Meanwhile in a bowl, combine crab, Parmesan, mayo and lemon juice. Drain cooking juices from fish. Spoon crab meat mixture over fillets.
Broil 5 inches from heat for 5 minutes or until topping is lightly browned. Sprinkle with toasted almonds and paprika if using.
