ingredients
1 pound frozen fish fillets (such as haddock, halibut or cod)
1/4 cup light salad dressing (like Miracle Whip)
2 tablespoons basil pesto
1 chopped tomato
directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place frozen fish in 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
Combine salad dressing and pesto. Spread over fish and sprinkle with tomato.
Bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
