Cajun Marlin on Sweet Potato Rosti

ingredients
1 large red sweet potato
1 small waxy potato
1/2 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon diced chilies
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, chopped
salt and pepper
1 egg
2 slices marlin fillets
oil
2 teaspoons Cajun spices
directions
Season the fish with spices and oil.
Blanch the potatoes, then grate them and combine with the onion, chilies, ginger, salt and pepper. Mix in the egg.
Heat some oil in a pan and add a portion of the potato mix. Seal, turn the rosti and seal the other side, then turn out on to a plate. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
Preheat the grill and cook the fish. Arrange it on a plate with the rosti and your choice of vegetables.
