ingredients
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 cup bourbon
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 teaspoons tomato paste
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
salt
black pepper
dill, for garnish
directions
Saute cleaned shrimp in butter. Remove shrimp and set aside. Add bourbon and saute on high until liquid is reduced to a few tablespoons.
Add tomato paste and cream. Simmer to reduce sauce by half. Return shrimp and add dill.
