Baked Fish Mozzarella

ingredients
2 pounds thick flounder or sole fillets
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 large tomato, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Butter large baking dish.
Rinse fillets with water and pat dry. Arrange in single layer in the dish. Sprinkle with cheese and layer with tomato. Dust with oregano, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Bake until fish is opaque, about 10 minutes. Transfer to heated platter and serve.
