Baked Fish Fillet In Mustard Sauce

ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon thyme
4 frozen fish fillets, partially thawed
1 tablespoon chopped parsley flakes
directions
Place fish in a lightly greased shallow baking dish and set aside.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, onion, parsley and thyme. Pour over the fish.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes, or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
