Red Snapper With Broccoli And Dill Cheese Sauce

ingredients
2 cups chopped broccoli florets
1 pound red snapper (or any firm fish fillets)
1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup milk
1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
In boiling water, blanch broccoli until still crisp and color brightens. Drain and place in baking dish.
Place fish in a single layer over top.
In a small saucepan, melt butter. Add flour and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened, approximately 3 minutes.
Stir in cheese, dill, salt and pepper to taste until cheese has melted. Pour over fish. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
