ingredients
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
8 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 dash dry mustard
directions
Spray with cooking oil a 7" x 11" glass baking dish. Layer cheeses evenly in dish.
Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over top of cheeses. Bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 20 minutes or until set.
