I used celery salt instead of regular salt and added a little black pepper and reduced the lemon juice to just a squeeze.

Super simple and delicious. Next time i will add celery juice. I used Italissimo tomato paste , the can is lined , but also because it is a paste made with fine Italian tomatoes.
Would like to know however , how long juice will last in fridge.

very good super simple......but i did simmer it to slight boil....don't like raw water
