2 cups bread flour, unbleached
1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
1 cup instant oatmeal
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons dried buttermilk
1/2 cup flat Guinness stout at room temperature
3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 egg whites
1/2 cup water, PLUS"PLUS" means this ingredient in addition to the one on the next line, often with divided uses
1 tablespoon water
2 1/2 teaspoons regular yeast
directions
Add all ingredients to bread machine in order recommended by machine manufacturer. Set crust color as desired.
