6 slices bread
6 slices parma ham
6 slices Mozzarella cheese
6 anchovies
directions
Prepare 6 slices of bread, place on top of each slice, ham, a slice of mozzarella and finally an anchovies or 2. Put it under the grill for 3 to 4 minutes.
Delicious.
Please do not use rubber or industrial mozzarella, the one that you can buy in slubs, it tastes awful!!
