ingredients
1 large Boboli bread or any ready-to-eat pizza crust
1 tablespoon butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
OR
1 teaspoon garlic salt
4 Roma tomatoes (or other meaty, less juicy, tomato)
8 fresh basil leaves
OR
2 teaspoons dried basil
black pepper, to taste
2 cups pizza cheese (blend mozzarella and cheddar), grated
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
directions
Brush bread with melted butter. Sprinkle with minced garlic or garlic salt. Thinly slice tomatoes and arrange on bread. Finely slice basil leaves and sprinkle over bread. Pepper to taste. Sprinkle with grated cheeses.
Heat bread in a covered grill for about 5-8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut and serve while hot.
