ingredients
1 box (18.25 ounce size) white cake mix, plus ingredients to prepare
4 tablespoons creme de menthe
4 drops green food coloring
1 jar (12 ounce size) fudge topping
Creme de Menthe Icing
1 container (16 ounce size) Cool Whip frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed
4 tablespoons creme de menthe
directions
Prepare cake according to package instructions; add creme de menthe and food coloring before mixing. Bake as directed in a 9x13-inch pan.
When cake is warm (not hot), spread the jar of fudge topping over the top. When cake is completely cool, frost with icing.
Creme de Menthe Icing: In a mixing bowl, combine the Cool Whip and creme de menthe.
Spread over cake. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
