ingredients
1 box (18.25 ounce size) dark chocolate or fudge cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 small package instant chocolate pudding mix
3/4 cup water, PLUS"PLUS" means this ingredient in addition to the one on the next line, often with divided uses
2 tablespoons water
1 package (6 ounce size) semisweet chocolate morsels
1/4 cup rum
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Oil a tube pan and line bottom with wax paper.
Empty chocolate morsels in to a small deep bowl and pour the rum over them. Let soak stirring occasionally while you mix the cake batter.
Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl and beat for 4 minutes on medium speed. Blend in rum chocolate mixture on low speed. Pour in to pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes.
