Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.

Classic Italian meatballs may be delicious, but they do leave a bit to be desired from a health standpoint. When you're craving spaghetti but also want something a little more redeeming, these spinach-packed turkey meatballs provide an outstanding option.

1 pound ground turkey
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 eggs
1/4 large onion, finely chopped
5 ounces fine bread crumbs
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
Put all ingredients together in a medium sized bowl and mix well.
Set oven to 325 degrees F, and lightly spray a cookie sheet with Pam.
Roll meatball mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake about 10 minutes or until no longer pink in the center. These freeze well, too.

these were relatively easy to make, but they need more time in the oven and also some seasoning added. mine came out bland after 25 minutes at 350.

We loved these meatballs! They are healthy, moist and good-tasting. Served with spaghetti and marinara sauce.
