This recipe for sweet and sour meatballs is one example of how you can whip up something tasty with minimal effort in no time flat simply by starting with some pre-cooked meatballs.

1 cup chopped favorite vegetables, optional
2 pounds pre-cooked meatballs
1 can (7 ounce size) pineapple chunks, undrained
1/2 cup white vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
If adding vegetables, place them in the bottom of the crock pot. Add the meatballs.
Combine the pineapple, vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar until mixed and then pour over the meatballs.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 2-3 hours or on high for 1-2 hours.
Serve the meatballs and sauce over rice, if desired
