This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.

Is there any candy bar more underrated than the delicious, crunchy Heath bar? This Ben and Jerry's copycat gives variations for standard Heath and coffee-Heath ice creams, both crazy creamy and made with nothing but the good stuff.
4 full size Heath toffee candy bars
2 large eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Chop the candy bars into 1/2-inch pieces. Place the candy in the freezer.
Meanwhile, whisk the eggs in a large bowl until uniform in color. Whisk in the sugar and mix for one minute.
Whisk the cream, milk, and vanilla into the egg mixture and beat until it is uniform in color.
Transfer the mixture to the ice cream maker and process as directed by the machine manufacturer. Just before the ice cream is the desired consistency, add the frozen candy pieces and continue to process the ice cream until it is done.

aren't you supposed to cook the egg's first ? I really want to make this but not sure about the raw egg part. Hope someone can help me out.
The eggs are not cooked. You can use pasteurized eggs or an egg substitute if it is a concern.
