ingredients
1 cup butter
3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon milk, more if needed
directions
Cream together butter and sugar.
Sift flour and cocoa together and add to above mixture. Mix completely. Add last 3 ingredients to cocoa mixture to make a medium stiff ball.
Place in refrigerator to chill. When chilled form roll into small balls, place on ungreased cookie sheets at 400 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes.
