- #83462
This simple roasted sirloin tip with garlic and sage is bursting with flavor. This recipe is easy to follow and produces a perfectly cooked roast every time.
1-2 hrs
ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons dried sage
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
3 pounds sirloin tip roast
directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, sage, and black pepper in a small bowl. Mix well. Rub the garlic mixture evenly over all sides of the roast. Place the roast in a shallow baking dish or roasting pan.
Place the sirloin tip roast in the oven and roast at 400 degrees F for 50-75 minutes or until it registers 155 degrees F on a meat thermometer.
Remove the roast from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes before carving and serving.

They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).
