9 pattypan squash water 1 teaspoon salt 1 package (10 ounce size) frozen mixed vegetables
directions
Place the squash in the crock pot and add just enough water to cover. Sprinkle with the salt. Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 4 hours or until the squash is tender when pierced with a fork.
Remove the squash from the crock pot and let drain.
Prepare the mixed vegetables as directed on the package.
Slice the tops off the pattypan squash and scoop out the pulp in the middle. Fill each squash with some of the prepared vegetables. Serve hot.
