ingredients
1 package (1 pound size) graham crackers
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 cup nuts
1/2 cup milk
1 can coconut
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
ICING
1/2 cup butter
2 cups powdered sugar
6 tablespoons evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup nuts
directions
Line 9 x 13 inch pan with graham crackers. Mix butter, sugar, milk and egg.
Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat, add coconut, nuts and graham cracker crumbs. Mix well and pour over crackers and spread evenly. Then put another layer of graham crackers over this.
For Icing: Melt butter. Add milk and bring to boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat.
Add sugar, vanilla and nuts. Mix well and pour over layered graham crackers.
Chill well. Cut in small finger size squares. Refrigerate.
