ingredients

3 carrots, peeled and sliced
3 stalks celery, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
3 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 can (10.75 ounce size) condensed cream of celery soup
3/4 cup chicken broth

directions

Place the carrots, celery, and onion in the bottom of the crock pot. Place the cubed chicken on top.

In a bowl, mix together the celery soup and broth until blended. Pour over the top of the chicken.

Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours or until the mixture is heated through.

Adjust seasoning as needed. Serve over rice or noodles.
