The best recipe ever. I put freezer pie crust on bottom and side. I used two crusts . That is how they come packaged. I then poured the batter on the berries. Took the edges of the pie crust and tore pieces and filledvin between the bare spaces of batter. Has to be the best cobbler ever. THANKS,!!

Delicious recipe! I did change it up a bit and used half blackberries and halve raspberries, but otherwise kept it all the same.
This blackberry cobbler recipe is very easy to follow, even for a beginner. The sweetness of a desert depends on preference. My recommendation- 1 1/2 cup of sugar on the blackberry mixture would sweetened it enough. Boiling the blackberry filling mixture with 2 Tbsp. cornstarch gives it a syrup-consistence for the filling. Sprinkle sugar after taking it out of the oven gives this desert a total satisfaction for the sweet-tooth in everyone.

This is the best fresh blackberry cobbler recipe that I have ever used; it was simple to make using the fresh berries that I picked less than two hours ago. This recipe is a keeper and I plan to share it with my friends.
