ingredients 2 pounds ground beef 1 cup water 3/4 cup ketchup 1/4 teaspoon chili powder 2 tablespoons yellow mustard 1/2 large onion, minced fine 1 teaspoon horseradish 1 tablespoon sugar salt and pepper, to taste directions
Bring to a boil, all the ingredients except the ground beef. Add the beef, and boil hard 5 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer at least 15 minutes. Drain off excess liquid.
Serve on hamburger buns with mustard and pickles. This is better if prepared a day ahead and reheated. nutrition
