4 pounds chuck roast
1 package (1 ounce size) dry ranch salad dressing mix
1 cup water
directions
Place the chuck roast in the bottom of the crock pot. Sprinkle the roast with the ranch dressing mix.
Slowly pour the water over the top of the roast.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
Remove the roast from the crock pot and place on a cutting board. Slice (or shred) the meat and serve on buns with desired toppings.
