ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon sugar
4 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon orange zest
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
1/2 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
1 pound baby carrots
directions
In a sauce pan, heat the oil. Add all ingredients except the carrots. Saute briefly, then throw in the carrots. Cover and simmer until al dente.
Serve hot and enjoy.
