1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch, heaping
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons water off carrots
3 drops yellow food coloring
2 cups cooked carrots
2 tablespoons butter
Mix sugar and cornstarch. Add vinegar and water. Cook until thick and transparent, stirring constantly. Add carrots and butter.
