This is a really yummy recipe. I am not a huge fan of cooked carrots, but this recipe is so good. My kids even ate them!

I generally do not enjoy cooked carrots. The mustard helped cut down on the sweetness and added interest to the flavor. This recipe was simple to make and adds a colorful side dish to any meal.
