ingredients
3 small apples
5 kiwi fruit
2 large oranges
1 container strawberries
1 large pear
2 ripe bananas
1 container (12 ounce size) Cool Whip
directions
Peel, core, and cut the apples into thin wedges or chunks. Peel the kiwi fruit and slice. Peel the oranges and separate into segments. Hull and cut the strawberries in half. Core the pear (peel if desired) and cut into cubes. Peel the bananas and slice into rounds.
Combine the fruit and Cool Whip in a large bowl and mix gently to combine. Serve immediately.

Instead of fussin with all the fruit I use a couple of them cans of fruit cocktail really well drained and one of the littl mandorin oranges really well drained. You have to drain them really well or the salad gets all runny but its easier than pealing kiwis!
