Used on spice cake with raisins, just like moms old recipe. DELICIOUS

  2. Scrangie REVIEW:

Super easy and the perfect amount for a double layer cake. I was out of milk, so I substituted evaporated milk. It worked great! I used it to frost a banana cake. I can't eat a banana without peanut butter on it, and I can't eat banana cake without peanut butter frosting, like my grandma used to make.

Can anyone tell me about how much frosting this makes. How many cups? I am making a chocolate flower pot cake using a 2qt oven save glass bowl and I was wondering if I needed to make extra batches or if 1 would be enough.

This was really a great recipe. I was worried because I only had salted butter in the fridge but it still turned out just fine. I only added 1.5 cups of confect. sugar just to make it even creamier and combined all ingredients at room temperature. I will use this easy recipe again!

Wonderful! Its great with Reese's pieces on a dubble chocolate cake!!!

  32. Golden Brown REVIEW:

Easy and yummy! I'm a beginner and even I couldn't mess this up. I used creamy, unsweetened peanut butter from Trader Joe's (roasted peanuts, nothing else) so my frosting wasn't grossly sweet. Just make sure the butter is room temperature--it's much easier to whip.
