3 1/2 tablespoons Kahlua or other coffee liqueur
2 teaspoons instant espresso or coffee powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
directions
Combine the Kahlua, coffee powder, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
Stir in the powdered sugar until all the ingredients are incorporated.
Spread the icing on cooled cake or cupcakes.
