1 package (4 serving size) instant pudding mix
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine all 4 ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Mix to moisten. Beat about 5 minutes until mixture will stand in peaks.
Variation: The lemon instant pudding mix is outstanding. Also the butter pecan. The vanilla is very versatile. Just try them all to decide your favorite.
