ingredients

16 ounces marshmallows
2 tablespoons water
2 pounds powdered sugar
2 ounces vanilla candy melts (good ones)
5 drops cheesecake flavoring

directions

Put half of the sugar in a big bowl, and pour the melted marshmallows into it. Mixed it up with a spoon.

Pour the rest of the sugar into it, start kneading by hand. It gets really hard. Put it into the microwave for 30 seconds, and it will be soft enough again to work with. Add melted vanilla candy melts. Add your cheesecake flavoring. Knead it all in. Works great.
