1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter, chilled
Chopped nuts (optional)
Combine flour and brown sugar. Cut butter into dry ingredients until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle on top of cake or muffins before baking.
