Banana Cream Cheese Frosting

1/4 cup sour cream
1 large banana, mashed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 dash grated nutmeg
1 package (16 ounce size) confectioners sugar
Beat first 3 ingredients until light. Add remaining ingredients and mix until fluffy. Spread over cooled cake. Keep refrigerated until serving time.
