Beet And Fruit Salad

ingredients
1 can (8 ounce size) beets, drained and chopped
1/3 cup dark raisins, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup dried apricots, coarsely chopped
1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped
1/3 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
directions
Combine beets, raisins, apricots, apple and walnuts and mix well. Blend mayonnaise with sour cream and stir into mixture.
Chill for half an hour. Salad should be served at room temperature.
