Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups finely crushed potato chips
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup shortening
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cream sugars and shortening mix until light and fluffy. Add eggs, and vanilla and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet.
