Ingredients:
2 sticks butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups self-rising flour
1 teaspoon soda
6 ounces butterscotch pieces
2 cups potato chips, crushed

Directions:

Mix ingredients in this order. Roll in small balls. Bake 10 to 12 minutes in 300 degree oven on ungreased cookie sheet.

Space about 2 inches apart. Cool before removing. Place on paper towels.
