ingredients
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup chopped dates
1 pinch salt
2 cups crisped rice cereal
2 cups shredded coconut
directions
Place eggs, sugar, dates and salt in a cold frying pan. Stir until well mixed. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add cereal. Roll mixture into equal size balls and dip into coconut.
