ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup Bailey's Irish cream
2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Cream the butter, sugar and brown sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla, and mix well. Add the Irish Cream and mix well.
Beat a mixture of the flour, baking soda and salt into the creamed mixture. Fold in the pecans and chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
