1-2-3 Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup baking mix (like Bisquick)
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 package instant lemon pudding mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 drops lemon food flavoring
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together with spoon oor electric mixer. Form into small balls; place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press with fork to flatten. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
