Broccoli With Garlic Butter

ingredients
1 bunch broccoli, cut into flowerets and steamed
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground rosemary
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
directions
Steam broccoli just until crisp-tender. Drain well and set aside.
In a large nonstick skillet, heat and butter and oil over medium-high heat. Add Garlic and rosemary, saute for 1 minute. Add broccoli to skillet, stir to coat with butter mixture.
Cook until heated through, about 1 to 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Place broccoli in serving dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.

Easy dish. I put the cheese on it then put it in the oven to melt it a bit. I used fresh minced rosemary because I don't normally buy ground rosemary I wasn't even aware that was a thing. The combination of butter and olive oil was particularly nice and the amount coated the broccoli perfectly so I wouldn't adjust anything.
