Ingredients:
6 cups broccoli florets
1 can (10 3/4 oz. size) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
2/3 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2/3 cup herb seasoned stuffing

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F or grill to medium-high.

Center broccoli on sheet (18x24-inches) of aluminum foil. Combine soup, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; spoon over broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese and stuffing.

Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal making one large packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.

Bake 18 to 22 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven or grill 10 to 12 minutes in covered grill.
